The Evergreen Certifications team is a group of strategic thinkers who create and market dynamic certifications. This team focuses on identifying and evaluating topics for mental health, healthcare and rehab professionals that are both relevant and exciting. Additionally, this team builds relationships with experts in the fields of psychotherapy, rehabilitation and healthcare, assisting them in the development of certifications; while collaborating with a small, close-knit team. What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
We are looking for a wildly creative and talented email marketer. The person in this position should have outstanding copywriting skills, strong business acumen and enjoy working in a team environment. Most importantly, this marketer must tap into their entrepreneurial spirit and data-driven business sense to guide decisions.
  • Create and execute impactful email marketing campaigns and funnels
  • Write compelling copy that builds trust and drives readers to obtain certifications that will enhance their practice
  • Measure email performance and use metrics to drive informed marketing decisions

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
  • Chase opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase B2B business
  • Identify and be confident in negotiating agreements with potential customers, and the decision makers within the customer’s organization

Overview of the Materials Management Team:

The Сòòò½ÊÓƵ Materials Management Team works quickly and efficiently to deliver educational books and products across the world. This close-knit team is responsible for all warehouse operations, including picking, packing, staging, receiving and inventory. Additionally, our team provides strong customer service to vendors and customers by providing shipping quotes, meeting delivery deadlines, and resolving discrepancies when needed. Сòòò½ÊÓƵ's Materials Management team also works with the business management and product teams to plan and operate successful virtual bookstores.

The Materials Management Team plays in an important role in fulfilling Сòòò½ÊÓƵ's mission of connecting knowledge with need!

What You Will Be Doing: (responsibilities)
  • Preparing shipments for postal or commercial conveyance via the most economical and efficient packaging/shipping methods
  • Receiving, verifying, and unloading incoming materials
  • Operate forklift, when necessary
  • General warehousing duties including order fulfillment, sorting, counting, labeling and shelving
  • Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts, product set-up, and preparing seminar materials
  • Process and resolve relevant receiving and invoice inquiries
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Team: (skills and requirements)
  • Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience in shipping/receiving
  • 2+ years' experience in shipping and receiving, and knowledge of the shipping process is preferred, but not required
  • Must be a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can also work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Capable of physical work that includes standing for extended periods of time and lifting packages weighing up to 50lbs.
  • Effective communication skills, written and verbal
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Adobe Reader
